In the Philippines, legal documents must be certified by an official notary public. Notary publics are qualified lawyers who notarize a document to prove that they have verified the personal appearance of the signatories of legal documents. The Philippines is a signatory to the Apostille Convention, making your official documents legitimate to use abroad.

ARBITRATION

The Philippines embraces a pro-arbitration position. If you find yourself in a legal dispute you can avoid lengthy litigation and resolve commercial disputes through arbitration.

We follow a legal framework designed by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.
